TERMS OF SERVICE – EduProdigy Consultancy Last Updated: December 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EduProdigy Consultancy’s website, services, coaching programs, and consultancy offerings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered EduProdigy provides: Overseas education consultancy Test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.) Course & university application guidance Visa guidance Career counselling Online and offline coaching EduProdigy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service.
2. User Responsibilities You agree that: All information provided by you is accurate and truthful You will comply with all rules, deadlines, and requirements You are responsible for submitting correct documents You will not misuse or copy EduProdigy’s content, material, or curriculum
3. Payments & Refunds All payments must be made upfront or as per the payment plan agreed. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases where EduProdigy explicitly approves a partial refund. Exam fees, university fees, courier charges, or third-party charges are not included unless specified. No refund is applicable if: You discontinue coaching You change your plan You fail to submit documents on time
4. No Guarantee Clause EduProdigy does not guarantee: Admission to any specific university Visa approval Scholarships Specific scores in exams We provide professional support but results depend on individual effort, academic profile, and external authorities.
5. Intellectual Property All content including: Study material Videos Notes Website content Branding & marketing content is property of EduProdigy. Copying, sharing, or distributing is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability EduProdigy will not be responsible for: Delays caused by universities, embassies, exam boards, etc. Rejection due to incorrect/incomplete documents provided by the user Technical issues, internet failures, or server downtime Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Termination of Services We may suspend or terminate services if: You violate the Terms You misuse our content Fraudulent documents are submitted Outstanding payments are not cleared
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mumbai jurisdiction.
